About us
 
We sell our puppies to good loving homes as life long family pets.
We want to make your experience with us as easy and stress free as possible:
 
  We are always home so you may pick your  puppy up from us at your convience. (within a reasonable time period)
    
I am a small scale breeder with 1 Am Ch. Brindle sire (40% African) & 1 red/white female (4 generations out of Africa). I have owned and  bred Basenjis since 1992, and love the breed, although they are not for everyone!

We live on a farm in South Texas, and our Basenjis get plenty of fresh air and sunshine!! They have big yards to play in, as we do not believe in keeping our Basenjis confined in small areas. It is in the Basenjis nature to run as they are hunters, and they love to run. We do not feel we should suppress this instinct by confinement. Nor will we sell a puppy to be confined to a crate or small areas the majority of the time.

Our adult dogs and puppies are free fed with Pedigree dog and puppy food. They always have a full food bowl. This tends to halt any fights over food, when they know it is always available. We eat when we are hungry, and my Basenjis will eat when they are hungry also!!!

Our adult dogs are Fanconi's clear, monthly heart worm preventive, and yearly DHLPP+CV, Rabies and Lyme disease, along with a yearly health check. Not to mention any or all the unexpected Vet visits during the year !!

Puppies are raised with lots of love and attention. They have Champion blood lines and a Champion Sire, AKC registration, first and 2nd set of shots ,worming, dewclaws removed and health checked by our Vet. Puppies leave to their new homes with some of the food I feed, (Pedigree puppy chow) so they can gradually make a change to the new owners feeding program without stomach irritations.
My puppies are socialized and well adjusted before leaving to their new homes. We strive to bring you healthy, happy puppies with good dispositions whether for show or pets.

I am in good standing with AKC.
